Q. How do I pay for my Scentsy purchase?
A. You can purchase with a debit or credit card online or by check or cash over the phone.
Q.How long does a Scentsy candle bar last?
A. Scentsy Candle bars last from 50-80 hours depending on how much wax is used and the scent selected. Fans and vents near your warmer can effect the scent life. More info here.
Q.How much wax do I use in my Scentsy Warmer?
A. In the Full-size Warmers I suggest 2 cubes from your scent bar. In the Mid-Size Scentsy warmer I suggest 1 & 1/2 cubes and in the Plug-In Warmer I suggest 1 cube.
Q.What is the cost of Shipping my Scentsy purchase?
A. Shipping is $5 for orders under $50. For orders over $50 shipping is 10% of the product total. For instance if your product total is $70 then shipping would be $7. More info here.
Q. Where can I purchase replacement bulbs for my warmer?
A. bulbs for your Scentsy Warmers can be purchased online for just $1 each. They are hard to find so it is best to use our bulbs to ensure you are getting the correct size. Purchase Scentsy Bulbs Here
